This charming weekender is set in the heart of the Goldfields and Victoria's best Shiraz growing area which makes it a fantastic get away. Only 80 mins from Melbourne and you're there! This walk in, feel at home cottage consists of 2 bedrooms one with Queen size bed, The other with 2 singles which can be made up to a King. There are electric blankets and reverse cycle heating/ cooling. There is a cosy loungeroom with wood fire, flat screen TV, stereo, ipod dock and dvds. The country kitchen is very well equipped with coffee machine,microwave,dishwasher and all main appliances to make your stay more enjoyable. There are some fresh herbs in the garden along with a BBQ and pergola. What more could you ask for?

"This property is well worth the trip. Compact in size but big on features and comfort. Every room has something to offer. King size bed, plasma TV, coffee machine, heating/cooling, wood fire, bath, high quality towels and products to add a little luxury. Very thoughtful presentation. Everything is in good working order with easy to read instructions, even an impressive DVD library. To top it off a lovely garden, secure parking and is dog friendly. Negotiation with owner was stress free. left to ourselves but mobile number provided in case of a problem. Neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Would highly recommend. "

"Great place to stay, the bed was the most comfortable we have found in our travels. The yard was quite secure for the dog and he really enjoyed exploring every part of the large yard. The place was very clean and very well equiped with all the mod cons. It was a treat to be able to have a cappachino each morning without leaving the house. "

"An exceptionally well equipped holiday cottage, especially the kitchen, complete with coffee machine. An attractive garden adds appeal, with a private rear garden area to relax in. Good undercover parking for two vehicles. In a quiet location, with an easy 5 min walk to shops and cafes. Lots to see and do in the Heathcote area. Highly recommended."
