Tinonee Estate sprawls out across 15 acres of vineyards and olive groves with fabulous gardens and lovely outdoor pool and giant garden chess set. Tinonee House is one of the districts most beautiful houses, built in 1930, it is a large and spacious house with high ceilings consisting of 5-6 large bedrooms, a huge lounge and dining room, modern large kitchen and library. In the evenings the onsite cellar door closes and guest have the use of the large billiard/snooker room and bar. Tinonee House will sleep 6-14 comfortably and if you have a larger group you may wish to take exclusive use of the Estate and reserve the fully converted dairy with its two large ensuite bedrooms with spa baths and lounge/kitchen allowing accommodation for a total of up to 20 guests. The dairy is located 200 meters from the main house.

Tinonee House boasts a large refreshing pool and a massive garden chess set to test your skills and your strength. The house has beautiful wrap around verandahs to all sides with lots of comfortable furniture to take in the gardens and countless different secret places and private areas to sit outside and relax with a good book or just watch the local wildlife and birds including the onsite peacock.

Tinonee House has 5 separate bedrooms and a library that can convert to a 6th bedroom. Four bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the fifth bedroom has a double and a single bed. The library has a comfortable queen sofa bed and can be used as the 6th bedroom.

Tinonee House provides luxurious accommodation with a well stocked library, 2 bathrooms and an efficient and well appointed kitchen in conjunction with a very large communal dining and lounge room with slow-combustion fireplace. The reception rooms have air conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Tinonee provides free wi-fi, TV and DVD. The pool area is surrounded by formal gardens and features a large under-cover entertainment/BBQ shelter.

Tinonee house provides all linen and towels plus shampoo and conditioners. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and provides coffee, Tea and sugar. We can even supply a chef to cook a fabulous special event dinner at the property if you are celebrating a special occasion. Tinonee Estate is a superb and outstanding setting for your stay in the Hunter Valley.

Tariffs

WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
* The nightly weekend rate for up to 7 guests is $835 per night (2 night minimum - see 1 night rates below).
* Extra adult guests are charged at $1o0 per person per night.
* Children are charge $60 per child (2 years to 13 years).
* Infants under 2 are free.
* A Lazy afternoon checkout may be available at $120 per stay, allowing you to use the property on the day of departure until 5pm. (subject to availability)
* An early check in of 12pm may be available for $50 per stay (subject to availability)

MID WEEK RATES (2 nights)
*Midweek rates are charged at 28% discount off the weekend tariff.

ONE NIGHT WEEKEND or MIDWEEK BOOKINGS
*One night bookings are available. Please contact us for a quote.

WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS
* Discounts are available on stays of 5 nights and over, please contact us for a quote.

OTHER CHARGES
* A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required by credit card to secure the booking. A $300 holding deposit can hold the property for 14 days if you need to collect payment from other guests.
* The outstanding balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
* The guest responsible for the booking must register with Events in the Vines, by phoning the office, at least 24hrs before check in, to provide their credit card details, which may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): telephone charges on the house landline, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
* Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas and New Year bookings must be for a minimum of 8 or more guests and are a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.
* Concert weekends must be a minimum of 8 or more guest.
