The fully functional kitchen has the standard modern conveniences including dishwasher, fridge and microwave. For those that love coffee it also has a fully automatic espresso machine.

The house has everything that you have in your home and more. In the living you have a T.V, DVD & VCR you can watch from 2 x 3 seater lounges in the comfort of Reverse cycle air-conditioning. The owners have even left delivery of the local paper and phone access. Broadband Internet access is also available in this beautifully presented recently renovated home.

The court yard has a BBQ area, solar-heated swimming pool and spa surrounded by an established garden.

For your convenience you can park your car in the lock up garage which has an automatic garage door.

Dalrymple Street is located in a quiet street just 3 minutes walk to a bus which runs to Chatswood every half hour.

This house is available for approximately 3 weeks over the christmas period from the 27th December. We are looking for someone to stay for around 3 weeks.
