Located right on Four Mile Beach, in the peaceful residential area of Solander, these two modern, stylish villas offer ideal family accommodation, with an emphasis on privacy and lifestyle.
Both villas feature direct access to the beach, their own private heated swimming pools and sleeping accommodation in three large bedrooms on the upper level. Architecturally designed, the villas exude a feeling of spaciousness and light with beautiful timber floors and features.
Centred around a large open plan living/dining area with central staircase, each villa has its own private outdoor pavilion entertaining area, barbeque and fully fenced 'L' shaped pool.
All three bedrooms are carpeted, air conditioned and have built in storage. Each master bedroom has an ensuite with bathtub, access to the deck with external shower and a view over the pool.
Both villas have an internal laundry with powder room, media centre, wireless internet connection, modern kitchens with Meile appliances and a choice of indoor or outdoor dining plus direct beach access to Four Mile Beach.
