The living area is located on the first floor giving spectacular views over the ocean. It provides a perfect scene for enjoying cocktails and a BBQ as the sun sets from your private balcony.

The newly appointed kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Smeg appliances. It features caesar stone bench tops with a breakfast bar. A stainless steel refrigerator also compliments the kitchen.

A large dining table will accommodate up to 12 people.

A large flatscreen TV and a JetMaster open wood fireplace are the main features of the living area. There is ample seating in the lounge area including a 3 seat sofa that can be converted into a queen size bed.

All the modern comforts are at your disposal such as Foxtel, DVD, HiFi and WiFi to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The first floor also offers a fully equipped laundry with separate washer and dryers as well as another bathroom for guests.

The property has reverse cycle airconditioning throughout, ceiling fans and is equipped with a security alarm.

Private and secure parking for 2 cars is provided.

Accommodation

The property offers 2 bedrooms both with full size ensuites.

The Master bedroom offers beach & sea views with a kingsize bed and private stylish ensuite bathroom which includes an oversize bath and shower. A flatscreen TV also compliments the master bedroom.

The second bedroom can be configured to offer a king size bed or two king size single beds depending on your needs. It also offers a private ensuite bathroom and another flatscreen TV.

The upstairs living room is equipped with a queen size sofa bed allowing the townhouse to accommodate up to 6 people in total.

With many of South Australia's best restaurants, cafe's, pubs and bars located at Henley Beach, there is no better place to spend time enjoying the sea breezes and vibrant atmosphere.

If you are interested in Golf, you will be surrounded by SA's 4 private golf courses in Royal Adelaide, Grange, Kooyonga and Glenelg. Royal Adelaide was just nominated in the top 100 golf courses worldwide by America's Golf Digest. There are also extremely challenging public courses to choose from.

Shopping malls, outlet shopping, movie theaters, AAMI stadium (the home ground of the Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide) all located within a few minutes drive.

Adelaide CBD, Glenelg beach and Adelaide Airport are all located within a 10 minute drive.

Not to mention some of our world famous wineries that attract tourists to SA all year round, and all within easy reach.
