This modern, well-appointed 4 bedroom duplex is set in peaceful surroundings yet is only a short stroll from D'Albora Marina, Nelson Bay shopping village, cafes, restaurants and is only a 150 metre walk from the beautiful, family friendly Dutchies Beach.
This property provides for a dream family holiday escape. Fully self-contained this duplex accomodates up to 10 people with the bedding consisting of: 1 Queen room, 1 Double room and 2 Bunk rooms with double on lower bunk. Please note the top bunk is most suitable for children between the ages of 8 to 16 years.
We offer 2 linen packages as 'optional extras', where you will be supplied with hotel quality sheets, including provision of bath towels, bathmats and hand towels.
The open plan living and entertaining areas are located on the second floor, bound with views of sparkling Dutchman's Bay through to Soldiers Point, and open up onto a spacious deck fully equipped for the perfect BBQ.
We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permited to be on the property.
This property is not available for parties or functions, including end of school or uni group holidays.

We loved this house. It was very clean and the deck was a great place to watch the sunset and have a pre-dinner drink.
The surroundings were great - shopping, walking, coffee and fresh air.

We loved our stay at Dutchman's Bay Escape. The property was very clean, tastefully-decorated and modern. The location was perfect - very close to gorgeous beaches (bay and ocean), bike paths, walking tracks, the marina and shops. We stayed 5 nights and felt we only did a little of what the area has to offer. The Bowling Club is great for family meals. Sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. We would love to return again soon.

We had 4 nights in April and were very happy with Dutchman's Bay Escape. It was an ideal size for us - 2 adults and 3 small children. The beach was an easy walk down the hill and was very safe to swim with toddlers. There are some great parks and walking paths close by that we visited quite frequently. Everything we needed was in walking distance or just a short 2 min drive away. The duplex is very private and quiet with a beautiful ocean view that you see the minute you walk upstairs. It had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay.

The townhouse is large, comfortable and perfect for anyone. All rooms are clean and modern, and the entertaining area fabulous, opening out onto the deck with an outlook over the water. The location, very close to Dutchman's Bay, made swimming very easy, the walks in both directions were fantastic....we even saw a koala! Nelson Bay shops are very close yet the home is far enough away to be quiet and provide that special holiday feel. Lovely indeed. We'll be back!

We had a fantastic time at Dutchmans escape. The photos do not do the house justice - it was immaculate and so spacious. The location was excellent - only 2 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the town via a scenic walkway. I would highly recommend this property for any type of holiday.

We stayed at dutchmans Beach Escape for four days, the house was beyond our exceptions.There was plenty of room for all 7 of us, the beds were comfy and the linen package well worth it.
Dutchies beach was a two mintute walk and the kids loved fishing off the rocks. The water was crystal clear.

We were very impressed with the property much bigger than expected. Having two bedrooms both upstairs and down gave you privacy too. We had a 3 night stay here with our young children and my parents. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the setup was perfect for the two familes. The photo of the view doesn't do it justice as it was just lovely enjoying all our meals out on the balcony. The house included all the creature comforts (inc swings and a bucket & spade for the kids!) and was close enough to the beach and shops. Everyone loved it and we all would definitely like to come again.

We stayed 2 nights in this very nice house. It's furnished with style and love. The appartement was very, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Easiest to find out if an appartement is maintained properly is to check the BBQ - I tell you it was really clean ... as it should be. Kitchen well equiped and all equipement clean. You can easily walk to the town center or to beaches. We had a phantastic time with our family and I would love to come again, will never forget the sunset you can enjoy from balcony. This was the best appartement i spent time during my last 6 holidays in Australia.

GREAT! Just fantastic. We loved the open space upstairs and there was lots of space for our group of 9 adults and one baby to move around. Dutchman's bay escape was the perfect house for our family to meet and celebrate my sister's 40th birtday. It allowed us each the privacy of our own bedrooms but the opportunity to share our meals and spend family time together. The house was well appointed and clean. The views was great, the living area fabulous and the kitchen well equiped.
We were so close to Dutchies Beach and took the kids for scooter rides along the foreshore. And so many other things for families to do in the area; bush walks, exploring the sand dunes at Stockton Beach, gorgeous beaches..

A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful location! The view was amazing. All of the mod cons with plenty of room for all 10 guests. It was a short walk into Nelson Bay for shopping/entertainment or across the road to go to Dutchman's Bay beach for a swim (which is almost like a bath for the kids!). We are currently planning our next holiday so we can visit again soon.

A beautiful property and dealing with the owners a pleasure. Very modern, nicely furnished an immaculately clean. Outdoor patio had wonderful views over the bay and we put the barbecue to good use most nights. Location is quiet, no traffic and only a few hundred metres to the beach. Nelson Bay marina with restaurants and the town centre is an easy 10 minute walk (along the water) and a larger shopping centre at Salamander Bay including Woolies, K-Mart etc is less than 10 minutes drive. Look forward to coming back again!

My friends and I stayed here during uni break. It was just the kind of relaxation we were looking for. The house is very accomodating, clean and very spacious. Cooking facilities catered for all our needs. A great stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay, more than what we were expecting. Everyone had a great time, the balcony doors completely open up which creates a great entertaining space. The rooms are big and beautifully furnished, and the beach is only a few hundred mtrs down the road. We will be back!!

I had my sister and her family from South Africa spend Chrismas with us in Sydney -Nelson Bay was a great get away . the 10 of us spent a full week at Dutchmans Bay Escape The house was immaculate on arrival, the way we like it - The location was ideal, a short to the Marina and shopping centre -A very laid back week in Nelson Bay - Will be back - Thanks

The property was simply perfect for us (a small family). The location was fantastic, so close to the beach and perfect water views from all living and upstairs outdoor areas. The home is tastfully decorated and very clean, every item you would need during your stay was provided and everything was in good working order. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms (3) are very nicely finished. The enclosed yard is perfect for small children and the double garage provided us with security for our property. We so enjoyed our stay here, we will not look for another holiday solution again. Thankyou, we will be back.
