Sleeping Configuration / Special Conditions

This property sleeps up to 8 people. The property has 2 bedrooms and a loft area. The configuration is a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom and a trio bunk in the loft area with a sofa bed in the lounge room. All bedding is included. OWN linen must be brought.

All bedding is supplied (ie blankets/doonas and pillows) however all visitors must bring their own linen (pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels, bathmats, beach towels, hand towels etc).

A $22.00 booking fee is payable to PRD Nationwide Shoal Bay on collection of keys. This fee is charged by PRD directly.

A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address as well as credit card details for the $800 bond. If credit card details cannot be supplied a cheque in the sum of $800.00 is payable for the bond. Any refund of bond will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date. Sorry, Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate for these bookings.
