Bedroom 1, has Queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a double with 2 bunks and accommodated 6 people. Fully equiped kitchen, comfortable living room and meals area. Sepertate lundry with washing machine. TV, video/DVD players & a range of movies, magazines & games provided. Bathroom included hair dryer. Undercover BBQ and out door setting. RC airconditioning and wood fire. Double carport with boat access to property. Boat ramp at the end of the street.

From the balcony, enjoy brunch or a glass of fine wine from the local wineries in the area, or watch the sun set over the lake with some one special, family or friends. The summers are are long and hot, so why not enjoy all the water sports Yarrawonga has to offer, water skying, jet skying, boating, fishing, swiming or a boat cruise around the scenic lake. And when the weather changes, so does the mood of the lake. As it changes colour, it\'s time to rug up for those long walks around the lake to view the spectacular homes over looking the water, or stay indoors and enjoy the cosy wood fire. Go to one of the local clubs which provide good meal, entertainment and live bands, or try your luck on the pokies. The monthly local craft market is a must and will keep you occupied for hours. Ideal for families with young children, the grey nomads who can\'t get enough travel and relaxation, or just a guys/chicks, fun weekend away. With courtisy buses to all the clubs, there\'s no need to worry about that extra drink and who\'s driving home. The cottage provides accommodation for 6 guests, main B/R with Queen size bed and 2nd B/R with double bed and twin bunks.
