This is a beach house with a little bit of luxe! The expansive family room becomes an open air pavilion on two sides with large sliding timber doors. Swim in the pool and watch the cricket on the large plasma while enjoying some Christmas cheer with friends.

The house is 5 minutes flat walk to the beach, cosmopolitan cafés and boutiques of Avalon Village. You can watch whales frolicking at North Avalon from the huge double bath ensuite or while enjoying your cup of tea from your bed or balcony in the morning.

The home contains 3 bathrooms including an indulgent ensuite to the master bedroom with a double deep bath overlooking North Avalon Beach, double vanity and double shower. In addition to the 3 bathrooms an additional outside hot/cold shower is located at the rear garden of the property;perfect to wash off beach sand! The bedrooms configuration is SECOND FLOOR: master bedroom - queen bed, 2nd bedroom single bed and single roll away. GROUND FLOOR:Bedroom 3 single bed, Bedroom 4 single bed, plus TV/Toy room double innerspring sofa bed.
