Orange Grove is a fabulous apartment in a small apartment block. Just a short walk to vibrant Carlisle Street, this apartment offers spacious living areas and accommodation for up to 6 people.
The main bedroom has a king size bed which can split to 2 singles if required. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have fitted robes and all beds are very good quality, as is the bed linen.
The open plan living and dining is very spacious and bright with floor to ceiling windows. Comfortable sofas provide seating for 6 people and there is a TV/DVD/CD player along with a range of DVD’s and CD’s for you to enjoy during your stay. The dining area also has seating for 6. The balcony off the dining area is a great spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
The kitchen is large and adjoins the dining area. Modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. An extended bench provides casual dining options with bar stools.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, indoor washing line, and laundry trough.
The apartment has ducted heating and an air conditioning unit in the lounge/dining. Secure off street parking for one car, single garage.
Portacot and highchair are included free of charge, just BYO cot linen. Phone and local calls as well as all utilities (reasonable use) included. Wireless broadband included. Weekly or interim servicing included for stays of 8 nights and longer. All bedding and towels included in rates.
