The service by Geoff was first class. Very helpful, giving advice at where to eat & go around Mornington. The accomodation was amazing. The house being very clean & having that home away home feeling. Plenty of room & cosy. Also being pet friendly was one of the deciding factors for myself & my girlfriend booking this place. I would highly recommend this place. I look forward to coming back to this place in the future & making it our holiday destination for years to come. Thank you Geoff.

We were travelled in a big group from Singapore. As a stranger to the new places, we were filled with excitement as well as anxious about the place that we were staying. Upon arrival from the pier, we were welcomed by the nice sea breeze and enchanted by the authentic of the locality. So amazed by the location and warm and comfort of the house, the kids were running around as soon as the arrival. The hospitality and helps from the agent (giving us the tips and advice on the Must Go places),the lemon tree at the backyard as well as the ample space of the house really makes us felt more than at home. Overall, we were very please with the services and will definitely back again.

When you have travelled for more than 24 hours straight from Ireland, getting to somewhere that makes you feel like you are immediately welcome with all the comforts of home surrounding you is a very nice feeling. Myself and my wife and kids absolutely adored this place. We felt very safe and comfortable and the fact that everything is within easy reach of the house made it great for exploring a simply beautiful part of the world. A great selection of shops in the nearby shopping area meant a walk down to pick up fresh meat and veg for the "Barbie" was a pleasant stroll. My only problem was that everybody loved my cooking so I got stuck to do it ALL the time although BBQ on the deck with a nice glass of wine in your hand is not really hardship. If this is winter then bring it on I say!!
The house is very spacious and I could even set up a little office area to keep in contact with work over 10,000 miles away.Great laundry facilities made for easy clean ups after the kids got wet down on the beach and it meant we could all have nice clean clothes going home. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this as a great home from home. Watch out for the owner though! Geoff is sports mad and any mention of golfing ability may just get you dragged to one of many local courses or - if you're lucky enough - in to Melbourne to see his favourite footy teams in action. Geoff loves life and seems to enjoy sharing it. I have to say that this helped make the whole experience a pure delight. Watch out for the Irish you guys because we'll be back!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at seachange. The property was all that had been promised.
It was so convenient as it was such a short distance to the shops and eating places. It was such a hard choice as they all looked great.
Would recommend it to all my friends.

What a fabulous holiday house! All you could hope for and more.
Just a short stroll to the beach along the path or stroll along creek backing onto the property. The best of Mornington Peninsulas restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream shops all within walking distance. You can park the car on arrival and not use it till you leave (leaving is hard to do).
The owners show great pride in the area and the house, everything is new and immaculately clean.
Fabulous as we enjoyed having areas for both the children and adults to relax. The deck on a warm night with the BBQ, a glass of wine in hand and a view, it lends itself to a entertaining, gathering or relaxing so well.
The house easily accomodates a family with children or 2 families with space for the children to run and be adventurous in a safe environment.Nothing better than your feet in the sand, kids playing and a quick walk back home.
Loved loved loved it! The only problem is i have to share this place, we will be back!!!
