The upper level occupies the master bedroom opening onto a spacious sunny balcony with spectacular views of the Bay, all the way from the entrance to the city skyline, large WIR and granite tiled bathroom.
The lower level consists of a full size laundry, gaming area that leads on to the shaded entertainment area. To complete the lifestyle is a private pool great for entertaining.
Close by are all the famous Peninsula attractions such as beach, golf, wineries, fishing, cafes, restaurants, parks and peninsula hot springs.

What else can I stay but breathtaking! From the moment we entered the property, we knew that Martha Pacific was going to be etched in our memory. The panoramic views from the master bedroom and lounge room were incredible, not to mention the pool and games area. Great place to stay at with the family.

my friends and i had an amazing time,we only stayed for the weekend but it was the so enjoyable, relaxing and the atmosphere was perfect, it was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The views from the house where stunning,especially from the fabulous master ensuit bathroom and the pool just topped the trip off. would definately reccomend it to others. and thankyou to Foad for your kindness.

Fantatic house, spectacular views from all floors. The swimming pool is nicely solar heated and the facilities are great. The location made it a great holiday and Foad could not have been more helpful. Would definately recommend.

Gorgeous house! My friends and I just turned 18, just got our licence and wanted to go on a road trip down to this amazing house. The views was fantastic, from the drive down through the country side all the way to the views from inside the house. I defiantly recommend this house to anybody, but the only problem was they didnt tell us how hard it was to leave this house after the trip.

Excellent Place to stay! The place had an incredible view of the bay. The facilities were amazing and we kept ourselves occupied the whole time.. We did not leave the house the whole weekend. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and was problem and hassle free. Highly reccomended for a group of people or families! The price was decent as well!

It was the best value ever. Over one weekend I relaxed so much I felt like I've been away for a week.
The house is perfect for having friends over for bbq. The setting of the house is much more open than the photos can show.
The sunset was magnificent and the view from the living room and top room is breathtaking.
The host was extremely friendly and helpful.
We���ll be back for sure.

We stayed at the Martha Pacific for two nights on our girl's weekend away and were absolutely breath taken by the stunning views! The house was fantastic, huge and homely. We certainly made the most of having a swimming pool too!

My family and friends had a wonderful time at Martha Pacific. The house was even nicer than shown on the internet and had everything we needed for a great weekend.
Foad was fantastic. I sent at least 10 emails as I was organizing the weekend from overseas. Each email was responded to within 24 hours and all my questions were answered.
Note - try to get down there in time to see the sunset. Seeing the sunset from the living room is quite something.

Definitely recommend staying at Martha Pacific, with the spectacular view of the bay from every angle of the house. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the entertainment area. With the shops and the beach close by, it is definitely a good location. Definitely great value for money! Lots to do and will never get bored!
