Illowra Waters is a LUXURY family holiday home that has been established for over 2 years .This ABSOLUTE WATER FRONT HOME,with a central location in Broad Beach Waters offers everything you need to make your Gold Coast holiday one to remember.
It`s only 5 minutes to the CASINO,SURF CLUBS,FANTASTIC BEACHES and shopping at 2 of the Gold Coasts largest shopping centers, Pacific Fair and Robina Town Center.
10 minutes to the train station which runs directly to the Brisbane Airport.
15 minutes to all the theme parks
The home would comfortably accommodate 2 families ,sleeping up to 11 people.
It is North facing overlooking a peaceful canal, metres from main river.
The pool , spa , deck and covered alfresco dinning area basque in sunshine from early morning.

It has two large open plan living areas , both with plasma screens, with comfortable furniture.
plus a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for making meal time easy, it has an island bench & granite bench tops, dishwasher , microwave , fridge freezer, oven & cook top.
The living room opens up to the entertainment area through a wall of bi-fold doors.
Three of the bedrooms have queen size bedrooms with the main bedroom having an ensuite.
Bedroom 4 , the kids zone is a large room with 2 sets of bunks , this room sleeps five easily. It has it own TV , playstation and games, DVDs available , plus pay TV. Designed to give adults peace & keep kids entertained or relaxed.
Across the hall is a fully equipped laundry and main bathroom with a spa bath.
A large timber deck alongside the pool is just the place to relax on your sun lounge after a swim .Steps lead down to your own sandy beach .
The pool and canal are gated for your peace of mind.
The front yard of the house is fully fenced which surrounds a lawn area plus a half tennis court and basketball court making it a safe place for the children to play.
If this isn`t enough for the kids to let of steam there's a park next door with swings and plenty of room to play ball games .
We are in walking distance to 2 golf courses, tennis club, Carrara Markets and public transport.
Illowra Waters is only available to family groups,it is not a PARTY HOUSE!
