Description

Located 300 metres walk to beach and 5 minute walk to Terrigal shops, this bright and airy 3 bedroom townhouse has been recently totally refurbished and fitted with fully ducted, reverse cycle airconditioning throughout.

The coutyard has a north-easterly aspect with a private spa, outdoor setting for 8, sun lounges, umbrella and a natural gas BBQ with range hood.

All furnishings are brand new; including plasma screen, FOXTEL platinum package, BOSE sound system including cd/dvd player . The dining table sits 8 people

Sleeping accommodation is for 7 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds whilst the third bedroom has a double bunk with a double bed on the bottom level. Main bathroom has a spa bath. There is an extra toilet downstairs.

Modern kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and double door frig/freezer with ice-maker and chilled water.

True luxury to relax at home, stroll to the beach, breakfast and cappucino at Terrigal, relax in the spa, rest on the sun lounge, chill out in front of the plasma; all without the noise of the traffic and the crowds.

All you will need to bring to Terrigal Retreat and Spa are your towels and bed linen; we will supply the facilities for complete relaxation and peace.

Families and reponsible adults welcome. NO TEENAGERS (unless under the supervision of a responsible adult), NO SCHOOLIES, NO DROP-INS OR NO OTHER OVERNIGHT VISITORS.
