The cottage retains the old country style with a hint of modern internally.Complete with all the modern luxuries and it is the perfect place to get away from it all or take in some of the many activities that the area has to offer. World class vineyards, golf courses and fabulous restaurants are just minutes away.Alternatively, utilise the fully equipped Smeg kitchen and dine in the beautiful dining room. Simply, a beautiful cottage on peaceful acres that will suit all your needs.
Although in federation style, the living area of the cottage is open and flows from the dining room to the sitting room. These areas have also been designed so that they can be closed off to provide privacy, or if the kids are watching a DVD the adults can enjoy the lost art of conversation in either the other living or dining room. There is a fully equipped Smeg kitchen and BBQ if you choose to dine in and utilise the beautiful 10 seat dining table.
The cottage has one King bedroom with ensuite and two Queen bedrooms with a spacious main bathroom. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the sitting room. The living areas provide DVD/Austar/Flat screen TVs and surround sound for your enjoyment. There is also two large verandahs to take in the magnificent view. For those staying for an extended period there is a fully equipped laundry. Breakfast packages can be arranged on request.
Location
Travel along the F3 Freeway and take the Cessnock turn off. Follow signs to Cessnock. Once in Cessnock travel along Vincent Street (main street) until you reach the T- intersection and turn left.
You need to make a quick right into Wine Country Drive. Travel along Wine Country Drive past the Airport and then turn left into Broke Road.
Follow Broke road until you reach a T- intersection and turn left onto McDonalds Road.
Follow along McDonalds Road and Cypress Lakes will be on the right. Approx 1.5km on from Cypress turn left into DeBeyers Road.
Pooles Rock will be on your left hand side and we are approximately 300 metres past them with our entry on the right hand side opposite Thalgara.

Travel along New England Highway through Singleton and Branxton.Turn left at first set of traffic lights in Branxton, turn right and travel approximately 8km and turn right onto Broke Road. Follow Broke Road until you reach a T- intersection and turn left onto McDonalds Road. Follow along McDonalds Road, Cypress Lakes will be on your right. Approximately 1.5km on from Cypress Lakes turn left into DeBeyers Road. Pooles Rock will be on the left hand side and we are approximately 300 metres past them with our entry on the right opposite Thalgara.
