The house upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 4 has a single bed with a trundle pull out. There is a lounge, kitchen, laundry, verandah and a family bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs has a huge room which has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a room divider to the kids tv area and two chairbeds and a day bed - downstairs would accommodate a family of five.
The house is adequately set up for large/extended families, and ideal for a few families wanting to holiday together.
Coolum Beach offers holiday-makers a relaxed laid back atmosphere with plenty of cafes. restaurants and shops to enjoy. There are also many attractions nearby including Australia Zoo, Big Pineapple, Underwater World, the Ginger Factory, Eumundi markets and many others. Walks, wildlife, fishing and Coolum's spectacular patrolled beaches and boardwalk are right on the doorstep. Coolum Beach is a pet friendly beach both on and off the leash for your four legged friend/s.
Noosa is a 15 minute drive away with fine dining at many of its 5 star restaurants along Hastings Street. The fabulous Noosa river with bike hiring, fishing or boat hiring is easily accessible. Mooloolaba is a 10 minute drive away wiht an abundance of bars and restaurants. Brisbane is a 90 drive away. The Sunshine Coast airport is a 10 minute drive away and is serviced by multiple flights from around Australia.
