The cottage has a wide verandah that invites you to spend as much time as you can just gazing out onto the surrounding rural setting.

The lounge room is a semi-circle of windows that bring light and colour into the timber-rich interior. The high ceilings continue the feeling of spaciousness.

Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third has two king-singles.

A well appointed kitchen provides a cooks dream.

A laundry is aso available.
Broke Village is 10-15 mins away.
Broke is the centre of the emerging Broke Fordwich Wine Region. Although wine has been grown there for over a hundred years, the region is making a name for itself for its quality wines. Several cafes and top quality restaurants add to your stay at Falcon\'s Rest Cottage.

Singleton \"the Heart of the Hunter\" is 12 minutes drive away with its 3 malls, cinemas, coffee shops and 1st class restaurants.

RATES

The cottage can sleep 6 people.
The rate for Friday & Saturday is $95 per person per night
Sunday - Thursday is $85 per person per night.

Children under 5 years of age free
Children 5 - 12 years of age half price

Minimum number of people 2
Minimum number of nights 2

Long weekends- 3 night minimun

Bookings are not confirmed unless a deposit has been received

A deposit to the value of 30% of the booking fee is required to confirm the booking - refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the booking date.

Full payment - non refundable - required 1 week before the booking date

Full refund available if cancelled 2 weeks or less before the booking date only if the accommodation let to another guest.

Split payments not accepted (Split payment means each or several guests paying portions of the cost - please arrange for one person to collect funds from other guests to make one payment)
