Located in Netherby Rise, a quiet residential street in Sunrise Beach, this great family home has superb ocean views, outdoor barbecue area and swimming pool. Conveniently located only a short stroll to Sunrise Beach, no major roads to cross with a walkway and underpass to get your feet onto the sand.

The home is on two levels with upstairs comprising the three bedrooms, master bedroom has an ensuite. Wake up and see the ocean from all three bedrooms. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leading out to a front deck with ocean views. Watch the kids in the pool from the kitchen, lounge or barbecue area. Also downstairs is another lounge/children\'s play area with sofa bed and toilet/ washroom.

A double lock up garage and laundry.

Pet Friendly

The house has a fully fenced yard, ideal for the family pet with access to the garage and courtyard. The pool is separately fenced.

The garage is ideal for your pet\'s bed as it does have direct access into the house. Pets are allowed inside to the downstairs areas, which are fully tiled, but we do ask that pets not be allowed upstairs in the carpeted areas or on the furniture. Please bring your pet\'s own bedding.
