This modern and immaculate 3-bedroom apartment is situated on level 6 of the View Tower, one door from the beach with a north east aspect. The living areas have floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with superb views over the Esplanade, the golden Surfers Paradise beach and the Pacific Ocean's rolling surf.

Apartment Facilities:

Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, TV, Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto 3 terrace balconies with outdoor table and chairs overlooking the beach.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet granite designer kitchen with one-and-half stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom suite: Contains queen size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.

Second bedroom: Contains queen size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.

Third bedroom: Contains two single beds and a robe.

Main bathroom: Hand basin, bathtub, shower and hair dryer.

Powder Room: Toilet and hand basin.

Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets and towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to the master bedroom, ceiling fan in the lounge room, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.
