A fabulous privately owned and operated beach house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Avoca Beach surf club, rock pool, cafes and also the well known historic picture theatre.
All this is just three minutes walk down the hill.
The house is friendly and comfortable and also offers a sauna for your enjoyment.
Breathtaking views to the Terrigal skillion and beyond from a huge deck high above magnificent trees is ideal for your BBQ and meals.
The kitchen is fully equiped with pantry and also a huge laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The main bedroom has queen bed and ensuite.
There is also another bedroom with queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.
Parking is available, off street, for 2 cars with a level walk into the house.
Not available for functions and parties or groups of persons under 24 years. Families & extended families preferred.

The views were spectacular and the cool breezes kept the house comfortable. the walk to the beach is a bit steep but easy to do and very convenient. Greg and Elvira (the owners) were also wonderful. "My husband and I stayed with our 3 and 2 year olds and had a wonderful stay. The 3 year old was able to walk to the beach, seeing the resident bush turkey on the way. The accomodation was fantastic - heaps of rooms, spacious, clean and tidy. Although retro in appearance, it had all the mod cons needed for our family. A wonderful time, we would be happy to stay there tomorrow...if only!"
