The property fronts two streets and from the lower street is just 3 minutes walk to the surf club, beach, rock pool and old historic picture theatre and good cafes. Close to the Avoca village and lagoon for canoeing and paddle boats
A short drive will take you to the National park for bush walks plus lots of other beaches nearby.
Everything provided to make this an easy comfortable stay.
Including new linen, and freshly renovated bathrooms and a Caesar stone kitchen, with double stainless steel fridge, double oven and gas cook top and dishwasher.
The no steps access into the house allows you to drive down and park at front door in the carport, from the upper street.
A large deck runs the length of the building with extensive ocean views to Norah Head lighthouse, and opens from the lounge and kitchen area. There is a BBQ and seating areas for your enjoyment.
The lounge has a tiki bar, wood fire heating, ceiling fans, air conditioning and new leather lounges
There is a Swedish sauna room to add to your holiday fun.
All the bedrooms have good quality mattresses and linen (if provided - see below).
A cot, high chair and pushchair can also be provided if necessary.
The main bedroom has Queen bed and an Ensuite with bath.
There are double and Queen bedrooms plus a children’s room with 2 single beds.
This house is a home away from home and is set up with every thing you will need for an enjoyable beachside holiday.
We welcome your enquiries and will try to accommodate any extra requests.
Not available for functions and parties or groups of persons under 24 years.
Families & extended families preferred with a maximum of 6 adults and with children making the total of 8 persons.
Please note that we have difficulty in processing incomplete enquiries.
Ensure the the number of adults and children and the age range of the adults is filled in. If you do not do this it will cause a delay in processing this.
SPECIAL OFFER for stays of 7 nights or more: Linen will be supplied at no cost and will include sheets, Pillow cases and bath towels.
