Accommodation
Two storey beach house comprising five bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, two living areas and two dining areas. The house is able to be split into two apartments for easy sharing with another family.
Pets are welcome at the owner's discretion (Naturally, in the unlikely event of the pet causing damage, guests take full responsibility for repair/ replacement)
There is a maximum of 10 guests allowed at any one time.
Activities
Beautiful beaches are available within easy walking distance for swimming, snorkeling, sailing, boating, surfing, fishing etc.
The historical townships of Milton and Ulladaulla are a close drive away.
Terms
Weekly Saturday - Saturday bookings are accepted only at a weekly rental of $2,400.00 and commence from Saturday 2.30 p.m. and finish the following Saturday at 10.00 a.m.
The weekly rental covers a cleaning service at the end of the week.
A refundable security deposit is required of $300.00
Payment in full is required to finalise all bookings.
Guests are to supply their own linen (sheets, doona covers, pillowslips, tea towels, bath towels and swimming towels).

Great place to relax.
Very clean and comfortable.
We had two families and it had plenty of room for all of us.
Only bugbear was the upstairs shower It had no shower screen so impossible to keep floor dry especially with children.
And the property next door the owners made us feel very uncomfortable.
