Lovely fully self contained villa right in the heart of Barwon Heads. Central yet very quiet and situated within only metres of the local cafes, water, golf, day spa and so much more.
This villa is a real home away from home but has a wonderful holiday feel to it from the minute you open the front door.
There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed, WIR and ensuite and the other larger room with a queen bed, 2 single beds and a 2nd bathroom. A fold out bed is also available on request.
The full kitchen has dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, stove and all the usual kitchen appliances.
There is a dining table for 6 and 2 sofas in the adjoining lounge area. A 68cm TV in the lounge and a 2nd TV in the bedroom.

Great for couples or famillies to completely relax.

Just 50 metres to the cafes and restaurants and only 150 metres to the water.
Walk a few minutes more to the nearest championship golf course or take a drive for 5 minutes to famous 13th Beach course.
Wineries are all within an easy 15-20 minute drive spread across the Bellarine Peninsula.
Parks and golf can be walked to within 5-10 mins and
