Description
There’s always something to see or do at Busselton:-
Festivals, jetty swim, 1/2 ironman, concerts, caves, wineries, dive wreck HMAS Swan, restored iconic jetty,historic Wonnerup House, fishing and crabbing.
Families are welcome, party groups are NOT!
The cost per night is $200 plus a refundable security bond of $300. A minimum stay of 2 nights for 8 persons.
Make yourself at home in our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished house. Suitable for 2 family groups as it sleeps a total of 8 people, 7 in beds and 1 in a foldabed in the study.
The main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and the 2 minor bedrooms are adjacent to the bathroom and separate toilet. Two dining tables seat 10. There is a TV with a DVD and VHS player and a gas heater in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for 10, a microwave oven and electric oven and a gas hotplate and an optimistically large crab cooker pot. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron in the laundry. There are 3 upright fans. The patio setting has 10 chairs and there are 2 BBQs.
All beds have doonas and pillows. We do NOT supply bed linen or towels. BYO or our local agent can supply you. Her hire price list is available on request.
We DO supply a bottle of local wine and a kitchen starter pack of coffee/tea/sugar and a bathroom starter pack of soap/ shampoo/ conditioner; 2 sets of golf clubs and buggies and crab nets are in the garage.

You can walk to the beach/cycleway in 8/10 minutes. The town is only 3 kms away, a 5/6 minute drive or an easy cycle. The shady Vasse river bank is an ideal place to picnic. The jetty with its underwater observatory is a “must do walkâ€Â. Kids can use the free nearby skateboard park. The waterslide and gokarts and icecream shop is right in front of the jetty. Just around the corner from the house (see map) is Longlands park with acres of grass and play equipment. The Marina with its free trailer boat launching and free parking facilities and tavern is 2 kms to the East.There is a public golf course and at Fairway Drive a par 3 couse.Local shopping is at Armitage St (see map) with an IGA, liquor shop, fish and chips, fuel and ladies hairdressers.
