Description

Modern newly renovated cottage with the lake at your doorstep. Spacious open plan living area and modern kitchen designed for entertaining.

There are 5 bedrooms catering for 10 people -two queens, one double, twin singles, twin single bunk beds. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite and together with the third bedroom have views to the lake. The fourth bedroom has a small private courtyard.

A beautiful flat soft grassed area, stretches to a small sandy beach, with easy walking access around the lake. Launch your boat from the boat ramp at the end of the street and beach it at your doorstep during your stay.

In the evening relax and barbecue by the lake and take in the spectacular sunsets, or entertain in the open plan living area or enjoy a movie on the 2.5 metre cinema screen.

Ideally suited to families, couples or small groups offering plenty of birdlife, wildlife, fishing, boating, water activities, spectacular waterviews and close to a major shopping centre.

"What a gorgeous cottage in a perfect spot on Lake Macquarie. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. The sunsets, warm water, pelicans that came for a feed and successful fishing adventures are just a few things that made our weekend memorable! The theatre screen, was great to watch movies on. Everyone enjoyed the kayakes, paddling around the peaceful lake. The cottage is beautiful and it is so well equipped. We will definitely be back...Thank you John. "

"I booked 'Molly's' for a week in Feb 09 to celebrate my 40th birthday with family and friends. I knew, from my first contact with the owners that I would be in for a treat - they were beyond helpful - but my week at Molly's surpassed my expectations. The cottage is beautiful and so well-equipped! I still don't know much about Lake Macquarie, as I spent the entire time at the property, mostly at the back door on the watersedge. We fished right off the small beach and had some success! Family and friends who came and went were equally delighted. We will be back. Can't thankyou enough, John, Liz and Marylou, for making my birthday one I won't forget. "
