This BRAND NEW home offers a very special holiday. Relax and enjoy stunning ocean and Tollgate Island views.
The large living area upstairs takes advantage of the northerly aspect and views. Large bi-fold doors open the lounge area to the covered deck with built in gas BBQ and bar fridge.
The living area upstairs is open plan and has a comfy lounge, 42"plasma screen and air conditioning. We supply a complimentary portacot, high chair, kids toys, books and games.
Dining can be a choice of either outdoors while enjoying the sea breezes or inside for a more formal gathering.
The kitchen/dining area overlooks the ocean and is beautifully appointed with Smeg appliances and gas cook top - plenty of room for keen cooks to prepare meals, and with the BBQ just off the kitchen (upstairs) you are never far away from the action or views.
Linen hire is available but not included - $25.00 per bed. We supply doonas, doona covers and pillows, so you'll only need sheets and towels if you bring your own.
ACCOMMODATION
UPSTAIRS:
Master bedroom with WIR, ensuite, plasma TV and Sheridan linen.Wall to wall bifolds open your room onto balcony with fabulous ocean views.
DOWNSTAIRS:
There are 2 more bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.One with a Queen size bed the other a bunk .They share the main bathroom with a lovely spa bath.
The laundry has a brand new front loader washing machine and huge washing line for all your beach towels.
There is a beautiful outdoor shower set amongst ferns for washing off sand on the way back from the beach.
Check in after 2pm, check out by 10am, or by arrangement.
SURF BEACH
A 5 minute walk and you are on the sand so pop down for a swim before breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Surf Beach is straight ahead and is patrolled during summer holidays. It has lovely waves for the boogie boarders and a kids playground up on the grassed picnic area. Walk along Surf Beach and around the point to Denhams Beach which is popular for surfing when the waves are good or for great snorkeling around the rocks at the far end. Wimbie Beach is around to the right and is a gentler wave for the mini members of the group
The beaches are all great for a nice long stroll, power-walk or run along the sand at any time of the year and for watching the local dolphins.
If you love fishing Batemans Bay has the lot - river/bay/surf -you choose. No luck then the bay has some great fresh fish shops !!
Surf Beach has a small shopping centre a short walk away. There is an IGA Supermarket, Surf Beach Pizza chips, Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Hairdresser, Bottle Shop.
There is also a beach store which has newspapers/mags and take-away food!

We had a lovely time staying at the Albatross on Surf Beach. The house was very nice with beutiful views over the bay and only a few minutes walk from Sark Bay. We would definitely stay there again.

Such an outstanding property with breathtaking views to the ocean. Totally private, quiet and not overlooked. Everything you need is provided. Clean, fresh and ultra modern. Close to the beach and Batemans Bay just a short drive away. It was perfect and we would love to stay there again. Like being in paradise, truly. Thankyou.

Beautiful unit with stunning views, the unit is perfectly presented and what you see on the web site is what you get.
It is a little further from Batemans than I expected about a 10 minute drive but the local shops are quite good.

This is a really lovely place to stay. My daughter lives at Mogo so I am a frequent STAYZ holiday renter in Batemans Bay but this was the best. Only problem is being sleep devrived after the early morning visit to the kitchen for a drink of water one look at the view and just had to watch the sunrise. Clean , modern but not clinical everything you could ask for for a really pleasant , relaxing stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Albatross, finding everything we could
possibly require and very impressed with the entertainment equipment. It
was handy to town, a short walk to the beach / shops / bottle-o / takeaway and we enjoyed many wonderful afternoons in the sun having BBQs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Just lovely.

We thought it was fantastic. Great quality property, it had everything we needed. the bonus was there were books to read, toys for my daughter to play with and all those condiments in the pantry saved me buying them from the supermarket. We go on holidays on a regular basis and i have never stayed anywhere where they had these facilities provided.
