Description

\'Three Trees\' has all the creature comforts of home plus a large leafy back yard with a large entertaining deck to enjoy tasting the wines bought from the local wineries. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck among the pleasant surroundings.
The vineyards of Mountview and Pokolbin are just a short (10 minute) drive away. The area features numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants ranging from fine dining to hearty pub grub. Also nearby is the local shopping district of Cessnock CBD (3 minute drive away).
A short walk to Bellbird Hotel with its popular bistro with renowned international chef. Play bocce with the locals while waiting for your meal. Or visit the nearby Australian Hotel with its filling and reasonably priced bistro meals and friendly atmosphere.

Facilities

The house has 2 large bedrooms each with queen size beds which have a relaxing ambiance to guarantee a restful and peaceful night .
The enclosed front verandah also has 2 large (king) single day beds ( the house sleeps 6) with pleasant mountain views.
A new, fully equiped kitchen with gas cooker, large funky white dining table and chairs which seats 6 with a dish washer to save on the chores.
The house has a relaxing lounge room with TV, DVD, ipod dock and gas heater/ air cooler plus ceiling fans.
The recently-renovated bathroom is ultra stylish and modern.
All linen & towelling supplied.
Large landscaped garden featuring a large shaded entertaining area with gas BBQ. in addition, an enclosed timber deck with comfortable seating.
Fully fenced off street parking for up to 3 cars.
Please note that the house is non-smoking. We regret that pets are not permitted .

The house is self catering. Tea and coffee is provided.
The pricing is for the whole house and we do not give individual person stay prices. The cost per weekend of $400 (if 6 people stay) is $66 per person for 2 nights (or $33 per person per night), for 4 people the cost is $50 per night.
A deposit (which also acts as a bond) is required and payment made in full prior to stay.
