All 3 TVs have their own DVD players. Apartment is fully self-contained with laundry, iron, full gourmet kitchen. Privately owned & let. Strictly No Smoking in apartment, please make use of balcony. We had a wonderful stayz experience. The unit that is pictured here is exactly what you get and the owner was very paitent with me (a first time user of the Stayz website). Living area was a very generous size and it had exactly what we needed. Perfect location also straight down stairs to the shopping centre was a great advantage. Thank you Jeff and we will return.

We just returned from our stay at apartment 1271 at Chevron Towers (2 adults and 1 baby).
The property is in an AMAZING location, right in the centre of it and even has a Coles and many other shops downstairs. You are walking distance from everything, and the pools, spas and other facilites available were excellent!
The Apartment itself was well kept and had a really good lay out (bedrooms away from lounge area). The Apartment has great facilities and STUNNING views!
Jeff & co. were fantastic to deal with and made the whole booking/arrival process smooth and trouble free.
We would definitely recommend to others and most definitely stay again. The apartment and location is perfect for families as well.

This was a fabulous place to stay for families! We just got back from a fantastic holiday staying in this appartment. It is central to everything and made for a relaxing holiday for all of us! We are already planning our holiday here next year!! Highly Reccomended.

We just returned from a wonderful 9 nights staying at this apartment in Surfers. The location was ideal and apartment roomy and very comfortable with amazing views! Very family friendly, and Jeff & Rachelle were lovely to deal with and went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday! Have already recommended to friends and would definetly stay here again on a return visit to Surfers! :)

Having been to surfers every year for about 10 years, this has got to be one of the best apartments we've stayed at. The views were spectacular and the location is perfect - close to beach and shops.
