The front yard is fully walled and with a park alongside for total privacy ,this prestigious high quality - recently totally refurbished - home is exceptionally quiet and relaxing ... plus the kids have lots of room to play either in the pool their own playground in a fully fenced yard, the park ... paddling in the water ... or building sand castles on their own lovely white sandy beach ... why not let the kids fish from the beach or place a crab pot in the water and maybe even catch the family a meal.

The master bedroom is facing the water and pool area has a large built in wardrobe ensuite and flat screen TV. Just relax and look over the water and plan your day ahead.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have double beds and can also be opened in between to offer joint rooms if required.

The 4th bedroom is also beautifully furnished with a queen size bed looking over the courtyard.

For the children or teenagers we have the 5th bedroom with great single bunk beds with double futon beds below. We even have a selection of games for them to play.
We also have additional bedding in the form of sofa beds in the 2nd lounge room.


Crystal Waters is centrally located in the inner heart of Broadbeach. You can walk to public transport or take a little longer and walk to Broadbeach.

Less than 5 minutes easy drive from the beach, Broadbeach Mall , Pacific Fair - the Coast\'s world famous Shopping Centre , The Casino & The Convention Centre ... with fast easy access to Surfers Paradise ( 10 minutes away) and all the major theme parks.
