With some great local restaurants and pubs within walking distance there is an abundance of local attractions to explore,including leighton beach and the Swan river,both a short walk. Completed and furnished to a high standard with gourmet kitchen and state of the art appliances you wont want to leave this lovely home away from home. Tennis courts and park with playground are situated near by. The house has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning throughout with high speed internet, plasma TV, LCD TV in bed room 1 with a range of movies, free local phone line, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom, fully equipped laundry and brand new furniture.
The open plan 3 level house is very spacious.The house is of contemporary design, with marble floors in the living area, woolen carpets in the three bedrooms,granite benches in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are marble and porceline,the house has a toilet on every level, and a bath tub in the main bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed,single bed and balcony.The linen is egyptian cotton 400 thread count.The house has two enclosed outdoor areas.
The prices given are for 2 people, extra adults are $25.00 and children under 15 years are $15.00. Children under the age of 2 are free.
We also have "Preston Heights" a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in East Fremantle.
A porta-cot and highchair is available on request at no extra charge. Child proof gates are available upon request for the top and bottom of the stairs.

The house is fabulous, very thoughtfully furnished and equipped.
We had a very comfortable stay and were impressed by the convenient location and ease of access to Perth, Fremantle, Rottnest Island and drives to both the North and South.
Can't recommend North Freo Chic highly enough to anyone thinkiong of a staying there. Jennifer is very friendly and great to deal with.

we were staying One week in this very nice House which is perfectly equipped . The Outdoor seating is fantastic and the BBQ was Great as well. i do thinka the Big plus is the Location, as you are very quick in Perth at the river as well in Freo and at the different beaches. Jennifer was very helpful and so we Would come Here again hopefully in Not too distance Future

I cannot recommend North Freo Chic enough! What a lovely place to stay - meticulously clean, tastefully and interestingly decorated - a very helpful and thoughtful owner - great location with easy access to Fremantle and Perth. I wish my own house were this nice! But seriously, you can't go wrong. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Perth.

North Freo Chic was perfect for us (a retired couple visiting two young grandchildren living close by). When Jennifer heard our grandchildren would be visiting and have the occassional sleepover, we arrived to new gates on the stairway and a new cot c/w bedding in the 3rd bdrm. One of many examples of Jennifer's thoughtfulness. The place is new, clean, very well equipped and close to beaches, the train, and central Freo. We would definitely stay again.

Great house with generous supplies and furnishing/pots,dishes, fabulous bedding and towels, internet service, TV, movies, etc! All generously supplied !! Very clean!! Owned and run by a very enthusiastic, lady who can't do enough to make your stay comfortable!! We had no car but buses and trains were very close and we travelled with ease to King's Park and downtown Perth. The beach and river was just a short walk as well as a small grocery store, coffee shop/restaurant and liquor store to meet your basic needs. Only one drawback to us was the road noise at night in the main bedroom. For city dwellers this would not be an issue but we are rural people and this takes some getting used to. However, it was all worth the stay as we were generously and hospitably treated in our 5 day visit!! Thank-you kindly, Jennifer!!!

Had a great time staying in north fremantle at "North Freo Chic". Jennifer was absolutely fantastic and ensured that we were completely catered for. We all enjoyed our stay, where we could walk to the shops or hop on the train for a 5 min ride to fremantle. The house was absolutely gorgeous, beds were so comfy and everything we needed was right at our finger tips. There was even a selection of DVDs :) If we come back to W.A. we will definitely be staying here!! Thanks Jennifer for everything!!!

North Freo Chic is a modern, spotlessly clean, very well appointed, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Everything I always hope for in a rental property. Convenient for Freo, the Coastal Strip and Perth (frequent trains to Perth from just across the Stirling Highway) Regrettably Jennifer could only accommodate us for 5 nights this time but we will try to return again. Stayed here with my wife and one year old son. The owner lives very close to the property and is always available to lend a hand with some invaluable advice. She even provided toys for our little one and allowed us additional time at the end of our stay to freshen up prior to our late flight home. The house is immaculate and very well presented - the owner does the cleaning herself so takes a great deal of pride in the finished article. On looking at the area on google map it seems very industrial - it's not and the local beach is excellent; although, not as good as Cottesloe. Downside to North Freo is that you really have to go into Freo itself for shopping and such like; although, there is a local deli a few hundred yards from the property.

Exquisitely appointed split level townhouse that is deceptively spacious. The fixtures and fittings are reminicent of the feel of a hotel- In fact the kids thought they were in a hotel. The real upside of this premises is that it has 3 generous bedrooms and can cater for the kids- they could ride there bikes through the courtyard and driveway. It is at the end of a culdesac with no-thru traffic which makes it feel secure.
Forget the restrictiveness of apartments, and book yourself into this cosy exclusive retreat.

Property was neat and clean. Kitchen was very modern with up to date appliances. We spent lots of time on the patio furnished with a large table and chairs.Location was covenient to beaches, central Fremantle and Perth. Owner lives near by and was very responsive to questions regarding the property or local tourism in general. If ever in the area again we would definitely stay there.

Train, bus, ferry, cafes, restaurants, mojo bar, organic green grosser, chemist!, all are close by and Fremantle is only a 10 min train ride away. Beautifull ultra clean! and very well appointed modern town house. Jennifer is a fantastic hostess! truely a 5 star sevice, the best in the Fremantle area!, i've stayed here a couple of times now and look forward to staying again, excellent!!.

Great property. The house is very spacious and well designed with good quality fixtures. It was very clean and tidy. The location is great for families, with a park right next door and the river a 5 minute walk. The beach is a 5 minute drive as well. Jenny was so friendly and checked that we had everything we needed. We will definately stay there again.
