Backing onto the coastal park and nestled amongst majestic gum trees, this cute 2 bedroom cottage offers the ultimate in privacy and seclusion.
The open plan living area has a wood heater and leads onto a large deck complete with hooded BBQ and 8 seater jarrah outdoor setting. In each bedroom there is a double bed with a single bunk above. Features include polished jarrah floors, new kitchen, microwave, TV DVD/video/CD player, reverse cycle a/c and front loading washing machine. The gardens include a pop up caravan equipped with its own TV, video and undercover deck in case the kids need their own space, and it is only a short stroll to the patrolled beach or shops. Whether you want to spend a day on the beach, or have a quiet read amongst the tranquil native gardens, this ones for you.
The cottage has a port-a-cot, high chair, baby bath, pram and baby/toddler swing readily available.
Well behaved pets are welcome at the owner\'s discretion. The property has large gardens for them to explore and is fully and securely fenced. There is a doggy flap and outdoor kennel. Pets allowed inside (not on the furniture on in the bedrooms).
