With a brand new Gourmet Kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms and living areas, your stay will be pure indulgence in relaxation and enjoyment for both couples and families.

The main outdoor entertaining area has views to the beach where you can relax and enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage while cooking up a storm on the gas BBQ for your guests, or you may choose to cook in the modern kitchen on the Smeg gas cooker while still enjoying the amazing beach views.

On the third floor you can also entertain on a fully covered balcony while watching the surf roll in and the sun set over the beach with views to Sydney in the distance.

This property offers facilities to make your stay relaxing, such as piped music to all living areas.

The main living area and the third floor 'parent's retreat' have full bi-fold doors opening out to the adjoining balconies,bringing the indoors out, and the beach and sea air in.

The property boasts state of the art facilities and appliances, LCD TV, DVD player and CD player and full Foxtel coverage.

Amenities

The Parent's Retreat on the third floor has it's own ensuite and sitting area as well as a large covered balcony with views overlooking the beach.
The second floor hosts the main living area and kitchen and three more bedrooms, a full bathroom with bath shower and vanity and separate W.C. There is a third W.C. and separate shower on the Ground floor, where there is a full working laundry including washer and dryer for your convenience.

This beach house can comfortably sleep 8 adults in its two queen sized beds and two double beds in the four bedrooms. There are also 2 single bunk beds more suited to children in two of the bedrooms.

Local Attractions

It is a level 200m stroll to Copacabana shops which offers, Restaurants and Cafes, hairdresser, news agency, grocery store, video store and bottle shop and surf club which also has its own takeaway food.

Avoca Beach is a short 5 minute drive north and has a selection of restaurants and local stores, clubs and pubs.
Terrigal Beach is a 15 minutes drive north and Erina Fair is a 15 minute drive with major department stores, specialty stores and cinema complex as well as an ice skating rink, restaurants, library etc.

Bouddhi National Park is located on the southern headland near MacMaster's Beach, a 10 minute drive to the south, and has a variety of signposted bush and headland walks for the hiking enthusiasts. If you are lucky you may even see fairy penguins at one of the secluded beaches in the park.

At the top of Copa headland, follow Del Monte Place up the hill, you will find Captain Cook Lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast and affords fantastic views for whale watchers during the migratory seasons.

Before you arrive in Copacabana you may want to stock up on food and grocery items. Only 10 minutes drive before you reach Copa, when traveling from Sydney, you will pass through Kincumber, which has a local butcher, green grocer, a large supermarket, fish market, bottle shop, chemist and money tellers and more.

* Whale watching during the migratory season and dolphin pods all year round may be seen in the bay between Copacabana Beach and MacMasters Beach
* Terrigal Country Memorial Club with it's 18 Hole Golf Course.
