"What a wonderful surprise to find Louise at the door to greet us and show us her beautiful apartment - we can't thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality from both you and Mike and also Oscar. The spa was just the right note after a hard day at the bowling club and Lorraine and I would certainly recommend your lovely apartment to everyone who is visiting Hillary's or Sorrento. "We had a hectic schedule but were able to appreciate Louise, Mike and Oscar's warm and genuine hospitality. Crossland is in a beautiful location too, so it was easy to wind down with a visit to the nearby marina or a walk amongst the sandhills. I would plan my next visit to Perth around the availability of time here."

"This was our second stay at Crossland House. I had booked in January for this stay but due to a mix up on my calendar at home I booked the wrong weekend, fortunately for us the people who were booked could not make it so on hearing that the townhouse was going to be free for the long weekend we quickly rang Louise and snapped it up and and we cancelled the accomodation we had booked. Louise and Mike are wonderful hosts and the accomodation is like a home away from home. This time we did not use the spa or pool due to weather but these are available at the property. It is a very short walk back from Hillarys Boat Harbour which is ideal if you wish to go for a drink and not have to drive or worry about getting a taxi. Louise has put a heated towel rack into the bathroom area which is wonderful when the mornings are quite cool. We have become friends with these lovely people and would highly recommend this accommodation and best of all the rate is so great. Karen Fairbanks Australind. "

"My wife and I have travelled the world and stayed in many expensive hotels and lodgings, but Crossland House is by far and away the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. As a guest your privacy is assured by way of soundproofed ceilings and seperate entrance halls, but take a tip from us and pop downstairs to see Louise, Michael, Oscar and Suti as often as you possibly can! Your hosts are a cracking lot - nothing is too much trouble for this most generous of families. If like us you are currently involved in a move from overseas then book this property ASAP, and whatever you do don't waste money on an expensive 'meet and greet' agent. Michael and Louise have helped us settle in and find our feet whilst providing the kind of friendship which will last for years to come. In fact, I can honestly say that had we not chosen to stay at Crossland House on our arrival in Australia then we probably would have returned home to England by now! If the best accommodation in the finest beachside suburb of Perth appeals to you, then do as we did and experience that famous Wharton hospitality for yourself!!"

"If you want to feel like you are at home this place is the place to stay. The apartment is furnished like a country home and the wonderful owners Michael and Louise are just like friends you have had for years. They made us feel most welcome and all the little extras that Louise left in the fridge were most appreciated even if we did not use all of them.
