In the House you will find:
4 Bedrooms - 3xQueen Size Beds, 2x Single Beds, 1x Timber Cot, 1x Portacot

Gourmet Kitchen with stone benchtops, fridge with cold water dispenser, dishwasher, 900mm stainlessteel stove. Cutlery, Martha Stewart Crockery, wine glasses, champagne glasses, martini glasses... everything you could want and of course top quality.

Dining room - Teak table seats 8 with sparkling chandelier above. French doors opening onto courtyard with the tranquil sounds of a water feature.

Lounge room opens onto massive front deck. Decorated with Chocolate leather lounge 3x2x1 seater as well as 2 excuisitely upholstered ottomans.
Entertainment system includes a 108cm Plasma TV with DVD player.

Ensuite & Bathroom with Stone bench vanities, freestanding baths, open shower, antique style mirrors.

Don't forget the sparkling blue swimming pool outside for a cool dip.

You will be greeted by a very private, spacious and luxurious holiday house, beautifully set up for your arrival with towels, quality sheets, and filled with candles to transform the house into something quite breathtaking in the evenings. The sparkling chandelier above the dining table will set the mood for either a romantic dinner or a festive dinner party!
If you would like to arrive to a fully stocked fridge, pantry and bar, Helenna would only be too happy to organise this for you.
The Tropical Zoo is a 5 minute walk away as well as great playgrounds on the beach front at Palm Cove or Clifton Beach just a short stroll away.
Wedding accommodation is our specialty, either for the happy couple or their guests and family, the holiday house can accommodate up to 8-10 people. Sea Salt Beach House will make for very GLAMOROUS getting ready photos on your special day.
