King Tide features a king size bedroom with LCD TV/DVD and two person corner spa that captures the sea views. An adjoining bathroom has a large walkin shower and vanity.

The stylishly appointed living room provides leather lounges, large screen LCD TV and opens onto a private deck with BBQ. It has a full size kitchen with modern appliances.

Laundry facilities are located in the double garage, an outdoor shower provides relief after a long day at the beach. 2 persons max.

Ideally suited to families or small groups, King Tide is a large split-level townhouse comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas.

The expansive 180° ocean views and lavish surrounds make for a perfect seaside escape. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed with two person corner spa, bathroom, LCD TV/DVD, designer kitchen and large living area with leather lounges which opens onto a sunny private balcony. Downstairs both bedrooms have garden views and share a large bathroom, while the living area flows through to the outdoor courtyard complete with water feature.
