Arthur’s Terrace Bush Retreat is a fully self-contained, secluded luxury cabin. It is located less than 20 minutes from Armidale’s interesting mix of cafés, hotels, restaurants, museums, galleries and shopping centres. The cabin sits right beside the breathtaking Gara Gorge and the World Heritage listed Oxley Wild Rivers National Park. The nearby Blue Hole picnic spot with its grassy areas, picnic tables and barbeques has long been a popular swimming hole with local families.
Absolute peace & privacy pervade this spacious, fully self-contained luxury cabin. The cabin accommodates up to 6 guests with a queen bed and four bunk beds. The main bedroom opens onto a lovely verandah where you can enjoy a quite drink as you take in the superb views and listen to the bush song. A welcoming wood fire, polished timber floors and timber walls create a wonderful ambience to soothe way tensions. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities as well as a covered (gas) barbeque area for your convenience. Arthur’s Terrace offers a real change of pace – away from television, phones and computer games.

Visit the nearby vineyards of the world’s newest officially declared wine region…New England Australia. Whilst judging at the New England Regional Wine Show in 2007 Chair of Judges Mr. James Halliday commented "There is no other region that has come on stream with so much to offer as the New England".
Try our regional produce. Specialist niche food markets flourishing in the district, such as wine, gourmet cheese, value-added meat products, trout, olives, pasta and berries, pome fruit & fruit wines.
Markets in the Mall are on the last Sunday of each month. Here you will find plenty of local produce, wonderful plants to lure the avid gardener, a tempting variety of home-baked cakes and international food stalls and an abundance of vibrant arts and crafts.
