Bawley View is an older style, recently renovated, North facing waterfront property overlooking Cormorant Beach with 180 degree views taking in the beach and looking up the coast to Ulladulla.
Accommodation for 6 people consisting of two double bedrooms and one queen bedroom with ensuite, all of which open out onto large deck areas. Modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven. Combined lounge dining area with television, DVD, VCR and CD player make this a relaxed and comfortable place to stay.
Gas heating and gas BBQ provided.
Location
Located at the end of the Cul de Sac at 49 Harrington Crescent, Bawley View is a short stroll to either Gannet or Cormorant beach, Other local beaches, Bawley, North Beach and Murramarang are also in comfortable easy walking distance.
Bawley Point is well known for its\' surfing breaks and three of these are visible from the deck and within easy walking distance of the house. If bushwalking is what you desire, then you should enjoy the many and varied beach and forest walks in Murramarang National Park.
If you are after a relaxing or romantic stay then look no further.
Additional area
Bawley View has a separate self contained caretaker area downstairs. This area in general, is occupied but may be rented depending on availability.
We do not charge a cleaning fee and ask that you leave the house the way you found it.

What a fabulous house and location! The house had everything we could need and we were in very easy walking distance to wonderful swimming beaches. The kids loved the rockpools, the many and varied birds that visited the balcony and the Foxtel! Unfortunately we missed whale season but we saw seals instead. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic location and unbelievable views. It was easy to while away the time with a glass of wine whilst sitting on the deck. It was very hard to leave.
The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

A really lovely welcoming house with a view to die for over looking Cormarant Beach. Gannet Beach is also just down the hill. Birds came to visit every afternoon and dolphins were a regular sighting. The house is well equiped, large bedrooms besides the master one with ensuite.
A massive deck to entertain on.

We loved staying at Bawley View. The view was amazing and extremely relaxing, and the choice of beaches within walking distance was perfect. A beach for every taste and dolphin watching from the living room - what could be better?!

I took my elderly parents to "Bawley View" for a bit of rest and relaxation.
I couldn't have chosen a better place!
The views were absolutely stunning, and visible from nearly every room in the house.
Most evenings we were entertained by humpback whales, and it was really fascinating to watch such magnificent creatures playing in the water.
The location of "Bawley View" was very convienient, being close to the local shops and Ulladulla.
It was only a minute's walk down to the beaches, which were unspoilt and crystal clear.
The fresh sea air, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere, certainly helped all of us unwind, relax, and treasure memories of our stay at "Bawley View"

Great spot loved it! the house was comfortable. We were under the impression that there were 2 queen beds but there was only one. The double beds for a couple are not ideal. The view was unbelievable.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Amazing views, beautiful house, and the biggest and best decks you could want. I will definately be coming back again. If you are considering an enjoyable beachside holiday it doesn't get much better than this place. Highly reccomend.

Beautiful spot, lovely house and atmostphere. Plenty of great walks to go on. There is a record player, so rake our those favourite records to take with you. Paul the owner was a nice guy and makes for good company.

This older style renovated 3 bedroom home was a fantastic place to spend a holiday with teenage children. Equally good for couples or a group of friends. The property was very clean, well appointed with kitchen equipment, sound system and cable TV. Bawley View has a great location right on the ocean. The sight, sound and smell of the ocean with its changing aspects is wonderful. Very quiet location, with lots of walks, different beaches and numerous water (great surfing/snorkeling) and land based activities or simply chill out on the wonderful decks. Bawley Point has a small shopping centre and a great cafe.
I thoroughly recommend Bawley View and will be going back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bawley View and were the first visitors since the renovations. Very well-equipped house. We especially loved the inhouse dvds and the piano. The view was sensational from the deck!
