A welcoming spot to stay after your day's journey. This Bed & Breakfast, with two bedrooms accommodating 4 persons, is located in a quiet, tree lined street at the top of Olivers Hill Frankston South, which is the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. We are only 500 metres away from the beach, so you can enjoy a nice meal at the foreshore restaurant, a stroll along the jetty, a swim in the Bay; or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Also we are 250 metres away from Sweetwater Creek Reserve, which has many walking tracks and lovely vistas to enjoy whilst listening to the local bird life.
We offer 2 bedrooms, sleeping 2 persons each -ie we can accommodate FOUR PERSONS on-site. The QS Bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom for the guest's personal use; the Double Bedroom also having it's own private en-suite. Both bedrooms have TV/DVD/CD, tea & coffee making facilities. Quality bed linen and comfy beds ensure a good nights sleep.
There is a comfortable guest lounge where you can sit back and relax to enjoy a gas log fire, read, or play board games. The lounge overlooks the lovely garden towards the very large, old liquid amber tree. Continental Breakfast is also served in the guest lounge in the mornings.
