King's Beach Retreat offers self-catering accommodation for up to four people. Located on prominent King's Head a thirty minute walk from Victor Harbor's Bluff it commands amazing views along this famous wilderness coast ... A two minute walk by a private access track takes you to secluded, sheltered King's Beach or to the Heysen Trail which is fast gaining an international reputation for stunning coastal walks.

Take a ten minute drive to Encounter Bay and enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafes. A fifteen minute drive will take you to Victor Harbor which boasts restaurants, hotels, major supermarkets, cafes, library, DVD hire and of course the famous horse drawn tram to Granite Island.

The neighbouring towns of Port Elliot, Middleton and Goolwa are within easy reach as are the wineries of McLaren vale and Langhorn Creek, Waitpanga and Kings Beach, Cape Jervis and the heritage town of Strathalbyn.

Activities include swimming, fishing, trekking, painting and sketching, whale watching, surfing, nature walks and petanque. Contact your hosts in advance if you wish to restore your body, mind and soul with meditation, reflexology, tai chi, chi kung, meditation or massage therapy. A personalised quote can be arranged.

Accommodation

King's Beach Retreat offers boutique, architect designed accommodation, including one king size bedsitting room and one separate double bedroom.

The retreat is self-catering, a complimentary bottle of local wine is provided upon arrival.

The retreat is complete with a modern kitchen, spacious living room, central heating, large high pressure shower, TV, stereo.

Barbecue facilities are available in the stunning glass sheltered courtyard with breathtaking ocean views.
