THE HIDDEN "BEACH HOUSE"
An hour from the busy city of Melbourne, hidden in the Wildcoast Reserve half way between the front beach and the back surf beach at Rye, you will find the luxurious "Beach House".
On an acre block the "Beach House" is approx 45 squares. Fully centrally heated throughout with reverse cycle air conditioning, there is a control panel is at the top of the staircase.
FEATURING 5 BEDROOMS. Consisting of 2 Queen Bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a single innerspring mattress if required that can be pulled out from under the beds, making the rooms suitable for either a couple or two single people. Each bedroom also has a walk in robe, it's own Flat Screen TV with DVD players and a balcony.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs.
The Master bedroom has 2 double beds, flat Screen TV with DVD player and an ensuite with two entrances.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a single (another pull out that has a innerspring mattress) and a flat screen that plays DVD's.
The third bedroom can either be 2 single beds, or one King. The singles can be pushed together to make one king if required upon request. There is also a TV with DVD player mounted on the wall.
Every bedroom also has a personal safe.
There are 3 BATHROOMS, one bathroom upstairs has a bath. There are two bathrooms downstairs. The ensuite has a corner spa and two entrances - designed to allow two bathrooms with easy access from the outdoor hot tub.
3 LIVING AREAS AND A SEPARATE DINING ROOM.
A large, modern, state of the art, fully equipped kitchen, with Miele appliances, leads into a meals area with a large granite table and seating for 10-12.
Next to the meals area is a family room that has a lounge suite and large wall mounted Flat Screen TV.
At the front of the house is another separate lounge that can also convert to a 6th bedroom. This room has a gas fire to curl up on those cold winter nights whilst enjoying another Large screen TV and DVD player. The lounge is joined to a separate dining room with a large blue pearl granite dining table - also with seating from 6-8 that has double doors opening onto the playground and golf green.
Upstairs is a beautifully fully equipped HOME THEATRE with Overhead Projector, 12 recliners, access to Foxtel, Digital TV or you can bring your own movies to watch as comfortably as Gold Class.
The screen is projected onto the wall. There is also a bar and the room opens onto a fully decked balcony with views of the wildcoast reserve and glimpses of the ocean in the distance.
With your own private Movie Theatre, the challenge is staying awake.
INTO THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Outdoors is a large BBQ area with outdoor Hot Tub to enjoy after a day out playing golf. The golf chipping, putting green has sand bunkers, that has also doubled as a sand pit for toddlers. The path that is at your back door.
Enjoy a relaxing stay, lounging outside in the outdoor heated spa, summer or winter, practice your putt and pitch on the fantastic golfing green, while you fire up the Barbie and the kids will be kept busy in the playground. The play area is easily seen whilst sitting inside in the comfort of lounge chairs.
There is a information book on the kitchen bench that has suggestions of things to do in the area, instructions on how to use appliances and a checklist of things in the home. We suggest you take advantage of things to do in the area.
There is something for everyone.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS AND MUST DO'S
Close to Sorrento, Portsea, Rye foreshore, Gunnamatta, St. Andrew's Beach and the Rye Surf Beach a perfect getaway for lovers of golf, the beach, wine, fishing, water sports and exploring.
Only a 10 min drive away is Sorrento where you can catch the Ferry to Queeenscliff. With or without a car the Ferry is a pleasant journey that arrives at the Historic town of Queenscliff for the day trip. You may be lucky enough to have the dolphins lead the way. Then before your return luncheon at the Queenscliff Hotel.
Other attractions includes the famous Endota Peninsular Natural Hot Springs. The day spa is 2 kms from the property and is popular for both couples or girls weekends away.
If you love golf The Dunes is a 1 km short walk away, or it is a few minutes drive is Eagle Ridge, The National Golf course in Cape Schank, or you may want to play at the famous Moonah Links, where the Australia Open Champions played, just to name a few.
For the wine lovers, a short drive brings you to some of the best wineries in Australia - and the World, the Strawberry Farm, or maybe you would prefer to go horse riding on the beach with the Gunnamatta horse riding facilities.
There are Saturday and Sunday markets in the area, or extreme sports including paragliding, diving, windsurfing, surfing and charted fishing tours.
