Backing onto St Andrews Golf Course and only a five minute stroll to the unspoiled St Andrews Beach, it would be hard to imagine a more ideal setting... but there's more!
This huge rambling house, set on an outsized block, offers absolute privacy and room to move for even the largest of families.

Extensive decking is the crowning glory.
Five bedrooms can accommodate twelve guests comfortably: upstairs comprises Master Bedroom with queen size bed, Bedroom 2 with two singles and Bedroom 3 with a bunk bed. There is also a large open space and access to a huge deck overlooking the golf course and front decking/verandah.
A timber lined bathroom is also upstairs.

Downstairs is the hub of the house with a dining room, living room and the kitchen.
A large bunk room accommodates four and fifth (also very large) bedroom has a queen size bed.
A second full bathroom and laundry are nearby.

There is a further paved area at the rear of the house complete with patio furniture and BBQ.
Kids will enjoy the huge cubby house, very large gardens and the holiday feel.
Access to the golf course is ideal for long walks.
