Nestled in the foothills of Berry this 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms Australian country style home is sited on a very private 7 acres. Modern style kitchen with terrazzo bench tops. The balcony runs around three quarters of the house on to a private courtyard and fountain, including a wood fired pizza oven for guests to cook up a storm!

The home is situated 2 hours drive from Sydney and only few minutes from the historic town of Berry.
The house is surrounded by landscaped gardens and verandas. On occasion it is visited by local wombats, rabbits and a huge array of birdlife. Particularly the native finches add colour and sound to a relaxing afternoon in the hammocks.
Featuring rolling hills and magnificent stands of Eucalypt and Turpentine trees. The view from the balcony takes in the beautiful escarpment, neighbouring pasture, bush land and a dam.
If you can leave the relaxing surrounds of Stonecrop there is plenty of attractions nearby. The town of Berry is a 5 minute drive offering antique shops, Restaurants, cafes and bars. Driving 30 - 40 minutes will bring you in reach of the white sands of Jervis bay, 3 golf courses, breathtaking scenery on the escarpment and many walks in the native forests that surround the property.
