Bedding configuration- 7 bedrooms (max 12 people in the house- additional bedding available in rooms is to allow for children to be in the same rooms as parents if needed- not an increase in overall numbers staying as this is not permissible under council guidelines and our preference is for smaller booking sizes)

BOOKING INFORMATION

Minimum 3 day bookings, 4 days over a long weekend and 5 day bookings in peak times. 3 Day bookings are only taken in last few weeks prior to dates.
We cater to family groups and couples and small work or church groups.

We do not accept bookings for end of school celebrations. No parties permitted involving additional external guests coming over. Minimum age to rent the house is 25 yrs. If in any doubt, check with owners first before booking as penalties apply for breach of conditions. Gold Coast City Council has imposed new rules on holiday houses in this regard.

If you would like to proceed to confirm a booking, please confirm via email and pay the advised deposit(refundable if we can re-let the full time minus a BOOKING fee should you cancel)

We are receiving lots of enquires even now for 12 months in advance so book early so as not to be disappointed. Booking only secured on receipt of deposit.
