Relax in this near new 4 x 2 home with alfresco under main roof. The property is fully furnished with all the modcons and will comfortably sleep 10 people. Located in beautiful Broadwater, you are just 4.5kms from Busselton town centre and a short drive to the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region and all that it has to offer. Our property has 2 queen beds, 3 singles and a trundle bed, as well as a double fold out lounge bed in the formal lounge. We have a plasma 42 inch TV in main living area and a second 42 Inch Plasma TV in the lounge room both with DVD players and the plasma in the main living area has a surround sound system attached to it for listening pleasure. The main bedroom has a 32 inch LCD TV with built in DVD player mounted on the bedroom wall. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, and all the normal appliances are available, as well as a BBQ. There is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles, and the back yard can be locked for safety and privacy. A fantastic location and impressive property awaits.
Adelong @ Broadwater is located close to the West Busselton 'Corner Store", and a short walk to the Broadwater Shopping Complex and Broadwater Resort where you can find butcher, fish & chips, cafes and of course, Geographe Bay for swimming and water sports. The town centre of Busselton is approx 5 kms from Adelong @ Broadwater. If heading south, Yallingup and Dunsborough are only short drives which leads you into the world renowned Margaret River Wine Region.
