We have a plasma 42 inch TV in main living area and a second 42 Inch Plasma TV in the lounge room both with DVD players and the plasma in the main living area has a surround sound system attached to it for listening pleasure. The main bedroom has a 32 inch LCD TV with built in DVD player mounted on the bedroom wall. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, and all the normal appliances are available, as well as a BBQ. There is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles, and the back yard can be locked for safety and privacy. A fantastic location and impressive property awaits.

Adelong @ Broadwater is located close to the West Busselton 'Corner Store", and a short walk to the Broadwater Shopping Complex and Broadwater Resort where you can find butcher, fish & chips, cafes and of course, Geographe Bay for swimming and water sports. The town centre of Busselton is approx 5 kms from Adelong @ Broadwater. If heading south, Yallingup and Dunsborough are only short drives which leads you into the world renowned Margaret River Wine Region.

What a beautiful place to have a relaxing family holiday. Everything is there....all the modcons, airconditioning throughout the home, 3 plasma/lcd tv's dvd players...the list goes on. A lovely quiet and safe area for the kids with large lawned areas and plenty of parking...thanks for a long weekend break that felt like a week!

We had a fantastic stay at Adelong thanks to the attention to detail by Mark and Sue. Talk about a complete holiday-we didn't need to bring anything. From the linen to the availability of bikes for us all, there was nothing we wanted for. A massive secure yard and swing set allowed the kids to burn off some of that holiday energy. The layout of the house allowed for quiet time when the adults needed it. Such a great quiet location, handy to Busselton and the Margaret River wine region. Definitely would stay again!!!

An excelent holiday house, ideal for a relaxing getaway for families with kids and not only. Plenty of toys and games, with the second living area to play in , various outdoor places where to ride the all size bicycles. A quiet location, a clean and tidy house, a perfect place for us to enjoy the holiday.

This house is worth the trip. Situated in a quite neighbourhood, great for letting the kids out to ride around. Just a short walk to the beach as well. The house accommodated all 10 of us. It felt like we were at home! It was equiped for both adults and children (bikes, games, swings). We will be staying again!! Thanks for the stay :)

Adelong @ Broadwater was truly lovely. Spacious, clean, excellent facilities - the children loved the swing set! We had two families sharing and there was still plenty of room. We had a great holiday. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend and would book again when next in Busselton.

Beautiful, beautiful large new home with everything you would ever need away from home, including bikes, swingset, games, dvds, kids colouring stuff, two tv's to please everyone, lovely gardens, great peaceful location. We overpacked from previous experiences only to feel we had not left home because everything and more was there. Loved it and will be back again for sure. Ideal for families with kids young or old, make no mistake.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adelong. Felt like a home away from home. We had four adults & four kids staying in the home & we fit more than comfortably.
