Situated across the road from the beach you can enjoy breath-taking 180 degree ocean and beach views from headland to headland at the CopaView. Check out the waves, before heading down for a surf at Copa's famous point break or relax with the paper and a cappuccino as you watch the sun rise over the ocean. During migration season its possible to watch the whales and dolphins play in the water from the verandah.
The CopaView captures that easy seaside ambience and its location is perfect - about 100m from the surf club & patrolled northern end of Copa beach with a delightful rock pool and playground ideal for snorkelling and younger children. There are also great new cafes, restaurant, shops and lagoon - even a childrens playground and all are only a two minute stroll! The property is also pet friendly.
Inside the house there are 4 spacious bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living area, sunroom/verandah, games room with ping pong table and Nintendo, two separate toilets and a large newly renovated bathroom with bath and walk-in shower plus an outdoor hot / cold shower. There is also a private entertaining deck with gas BBQ opening onto the garden behind.
After a fun-filled day at the beach retreat to the CopaView.
Configuration:
Upstairs - 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 9 people. Master has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen + sgl bed, 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds (sleep 2 people) & 2 sgls., bathroom, separate toilet, Kitchen, Living room, separate enclosed verandah with dining area plus lounge area.
Downstairs: 4th bedroom with 2 sets of single bunks (sleeps 4 people) and ensuite (toilet and basin), Games room with Ping pong table and Nintendo (& selection of games).
The bunk room is perfect for singles, teenagers and older kids but not for younger kids as it has no internal access upstairs.
Other features include stereo, TVs, DVD, CD, dishwasher, fans, heater, laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes line. The floors are polished timber or tiles throughout.
Off street parking for 3 cars only. Sorry, no groups aged under 23yrs and strictly NO parties, Bucks or hens nights, Schoolies, paid entertainment or functions.
Copacabana has a relaxed seaside atmosphere and is surrounded by beach, lagoon and national parks. It is only 60-90 mins drive from Sydney and is located close to other popular beaches such as Avoca, Terrigal and McMasters.
If you are a keen surfer you won't be disappointed as you have plenty of choice from Copa to McMasters and it's also only a 5 min drive to Avoca so regardless of the swell you're sure to get a great ride...
The Copa View Beach House has a fantastic location with magnificent views from the glassed-in verandah over Copa Beach, across to McMasters Beach and out to sea. Approx 100 metre stroll to the patrolled northern end of Copacabana beach, surf club, rock pool (ideal for snorkelling and younger children), lagoon, great playground, cafes, village shops, restaurants etc.
All you need for a relaxed sea-side escape is at your doorstep - there is no need to drive anywhere.
The property is pet-friendly (please enquire in advance), and there is a great unleashed area along the beach between Copa & McMasters which offers your pet a chance to run on the sand, chase the waves and swim in the lagoon. Pure bliss.
Located between Avoca Beach and McMasters Beach, surrounded by Bouddi National Park, about 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 60-90 minutes drive from Sydney, Copacabana offers all the action (or relaxation) without the noisy crowds.
Copacabana has one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, Crown Plaza Resort (Terrigal), surf beaches restaurants, golf courses (at Gosford and Woy Woy) and driving range only 10 mins away at Kincumber where there are also more shops, a cinema supermarket and Hotel/pub. Only 5 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with old time cinema and paddle boats on the river and a 20 minute drive brings you to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza and access to Brisbane Water for water sports..
Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Also at Copa youll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast.
