‘COOL HOUSE’ named for Fremantle artist Rebecca Cool> Much of her artwork can be seen adorning the walls throughout this house. It has been newly refurbished- added conveniences complimenting the charm of the original. Surounded by lush gardens Cool House is an ideal holiday home away from home. It is fully equipped for short term letting. All linen/towels provided.
To the rear of the same property is another 3 bedroom double storey house 'COOL COTTAGE' These two properties have their own private entertaining areas, separated by a lush garden and privacy fencing. Between the two houses is a garden bedroom, that can serve either property. This garden bedroom has air conditioning, and twin single beds.
COOL COTTAGE has an upstairs open plan retreat, with QS bed, lounging area with TV
Downstairs is open plan living, with fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area.
A second QS bedroom is to the rear of the house
Another bedroom with twin singles is off the main living area.
There is just one bathroom, this is large and has a claw foot bath.
A large outdoor dining setting, is able to seat 8-10 persons.

The houses are within easy walking distance to local South Fremantle Beach, (WA’s first beach) It is on the free CAT bus route which takes you into Fremantle City Centre in 7 mins, stopping at all points of interest. This is a hop on hop off service. Bicycles are available at the house for your use> there are many cycle paths around Fremantle and along the waterfront down to the beaches. The CAT bus stops close by circumnavigating Fremantle every 7 minutes. The bus ride to the centre of Fremantle takes only 5 minutes. Walking distance to the beaches would be 10 mins to South Beach, and just a few minutes to the closest beach near the Sailing Club
A 20 minute walk and you would be at the Cappuccino Strip in central Fremantle.
