“The Perch” is on Fig Tree Lane off Tyagarah Road not far from the Tyagarah air field where you can take a balloon ride or go parachuting.

It is conveniently located between Byron Bay, Mullumbimby & Brunswick Heads which are all just ten minutes drive away. Enjoy the local markets, the hinterland waterfalls or choice of nearby beaches.
