We recently stayed at The Perch for just over a week, along with our two dogs. The property is incredible, it is so well appointed and impeccably decorated. It is clean and spacious and the bed is just so comfortable! The location was ideal for us, being close to Byron Bay but far enough away as to not feel like we were "in the thick of it". The kitchen was well equipped which meant we could cook our own meals, as well as eat out which was a great aspect of the overall trip. The peace and quiet were very refreshing and the fact that we could have our dogs along for the trip meant it was just perfect.
We will certainly stay here again when we are next in the area.
Thank you!

I loved it!
We stayed at The Perch with our dog Olive and we all absolutely loved it! The cottage is gorgeous and has the most wonderful view all the way to the lighthouse. Every morning we went down to Belongil Beach for a swim with our dog (only 12 mins away), followed by a good coffee at one of the many great coffee shops in Byron. It was a heavenly holiday and Jenny, the owner, was so helpful with recommendations about dog friendly beaches and cafes, as well as info on local markets and activities. We also fell in love with Mullumbimby (only 10 minutes down the most gorgeous country road) and highly recommend Milk and Honey for fabulous woodfired pizzas! Can't wait to stay at The Perch again!

The Perch is a beautiful place to stay. The location is just a short drive into the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay. This cosy and accomodating house has spectacular views of the hills and feels like your a world away.It was a pleasant surprise to have a herbs, pumpkin and chillies straight from the garden as well as fresh eggs from the chooks! You can just sit back and relax in the garden with a bbq and an evening campfire or just snuggle up on the sofas after a big day at the beach. It really has everything you need! Will be booking again soon! Jem
