This modern property is perfectly situated on 15 acres of natural bush, providing an outstanding and secluded retreat. This home offers a huge open plan central living area with lofty ceilings and quality contemporary furnishings throughout, surrounded by a large entertainment area with stunning views to Geographe Bay.
Accomodates 15 people comfortably in six bedrooms, which include a king size bedroom with double spa ensuite and french doors onto verandah with it's own views of the ocean, and over the property's paddock. There is a queen size bedroom with ensuite, also with french doors onto it's verandah with incredible views.
It boasts a superb modern open plan kitchen and entertaining area with huge windows overlooking the bushland to the bay, with a massive custom built table seating 14 guests easily, and all mod cons. With 735 litres of fridge space (and 225 litre freezer room,) this place is designed for entertaining large groups! There is a large wood burner to heat the room, perfect for wintery nights in with a glass of red! Reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the place cool during summer and warm during the winter, and has separate controls for each room.
There is a second entertaining room with 46" LCD TV, with foxtel, DVD and surround sound. Enjoy a BBQ (maybe a roast, or stirfry on the wok) on the terrace at the two large outdoor tables (seating 14 guests) overlooking Geographe Bay beyond the local wildlife. The astro-turf tennis court is also great for tennis pro's or beginners alike. And children have certainly not been forgotten with the outdoor playground/sandpit.
It's only a 5 minute drive each way to Dunsborough town centre or Yallingup, the gateways to the local beaches, surf spots and wineries...
