Latte House is a fully furnished large queenslander in Wynnum, the perfect base for enjoying all that Brisbane and Moreton Bay have to offer.
It is close to shops, transport, restaurants/cafes and the water. It has easy access to freeways and Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast highways
Whether it be for 3 nights or 3 months Latte house will cater for all of your accommodation needs.
Children and pets are welcome as the property is fully fenced to keep the family safe.
Accommodation:
Latte House sleeps six comfortably features 3 good sized bedrooms, the main with ensuite bathroom and a comfy king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third has 2 single beds.
For the little one, a cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge. Just remember to request this when you book.
All linen is supplied (bedding and towels).
There is also a separate self contained queen bedroom flat available which allows you to book for larger groups.
The spacious airconditioned living areas are open plan with an internet ready office provided at one end.
At the other end the fully equipped new kitchen provides gas cooking, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, a large Fridge and all the necessary appliances. The dining area between the kitchen and living seats 6.
A funky main bathroom completes the picture.
There are fans throughout, TV, DVD, CD player & phone for local calls.
The large internal laundry equipped with washing machine, tub, drying rack and iron is an ideal place for your pet to sleep at night.
The interior is finished in soft neutral colors and there are polished wooden floors throughout.
Brisbanes beautiful weather can be enjoyed while dining in the garden which is complete with outdoor setting and gas barbeque.
What to do:
Close to Wynnum Central, Ports of Brisbane, the train to the city and the Manly yacht club and marina. It's just a short stroll to the Wynnum- Manly foreshore where you can enjoy walking or paddling in the wading pool.
Discover the unique Bayside Foreshore Parklands with over 5 km of esplanade and cycle track and a multitude of play areas, swimming and man made beaches.
Take a short boat ride to the historical bay islands of St Helena, North Stradbroke and Moreton.
Visit the nearby Ports of Brisbane with its free interactive displays.
On Sunday pop down to the local markets at Manly.
For the sports enthusiast there is amongst others, golf, yachting, kayaking and windsurfing. Relax with a spot of fishing or bird watching.
