Description

Lucy's beach house retains it's original 60's character while providing modern and comfortable fittings. The house is fresh and light with large windows, white walls and polished floorboards.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area have large windows along the front with ocean views. French doors open onto a spacious deck with outdoor setting and BBQ (with Hood and wok burner), perfect to enjoy the ocean views after a day at the beach. There is a new stainless steel kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven and dishwasher.
Perfect for 2 families or 3 couples, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen size beds and a large family room with a set of bunks, fold out couch, single mattress and double bed.
The kids will have a ball! There are toys, books, TV and DVD player and the deck overlooks a large grassed yard and trampoline- perfect for cricket.
There is a seperate shower, toilet and basin and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
A family holiday wouldn't be complete without the family pet so they are welcome too! (outside only)

Things to see and do!

Skenes Creek is an amazing place where the forest meets the ocean.
Only 5 minutes walk down the hill to great surf beach where Skenes creek runs in to join providing safe shallow water for the little ones to play in.
Looking up the hill are the foothills of the Otway ranges where bush walking, mountain bike riding, rainforests and waterfalls can be experienced.
It is just a 5km drive drive to Apollo Bay to do some shopping, get a latte and the papers before settling back on the deck or couch for some relaxing or a day on the beach. Apollo bay also has great restaurants and cafes.
